[ Applicable Characters ]

๐ŸŒผ You can play up to four characters. You can apply all four characters at once or over time. You can eventually purchase a fifth slot through our Participation Points.

๐ŸŒผ You can play characters from the same canon as long as they do not heavily interact in canon.

๐ŸŒผ Characters of any age and species are welcome as long as they are sentient and capable of reacting to their surroundings and communicating with others. This can include non-traditional forms of communication.

๐ŸŒผ All characters must be capable of development and change.

๐ŸŒผ Canon points must be at least 30 days old. This includes individual episodes/chapters for ongoing series.

๐ŸŒผ Fully original characters are welcome. Original characters created to be in a canon universe are allowed as long as they are completely disconnected from canon characters and events.

๐ŸŒผ Characters with minimal canon presence or information are allowed.

๐ŸŒผ CRAU is allowed. You can update your characters at any point to a previous canon point that you applied with, to a new canon point that is at least 30 days old, or update them to have a CRAU experience, or to take away a CRAU experience.

๐ŸŒผ Aged-up or aged-down versions of characters are allowed whether canon or not. They will be considered a different iteration from the original canon. This age up or down must be by at least 5 years.

๐ŸŒผ Only one iteration of each character is allowed within the parameter of their own canon.
Peter Parker from The Amazing Spider-Man is his own iteration while Peter Parker from No Way Home is his own iteration and Peter Parker from the video games is his own iteration.

These were different projects intended to be their unique interpretation of the same character. They would all be allowed.

However, the Warrior of Light is intended to be a customizable character with the same intended storyline in the game therefore only one WOL would be allowed.

Similarly, in a franchise like Supernatural where there is the alternate versions of the main characters, only one of the character's variants would be allowed.

[ Application Explained ]

We do not require a particularly in-depth application. We just want to see a well-rounded understanding of your character and how you plan to play them in this setting. You can use bullet points and general summaries or you can go into greater detail. This application will incorporate both use of canon information and headcanon.

OOC Details

Player: What name you go by.
Age: Your general age range. Must be 18+.
Pronouns: Your pronouns.
Contact: Your preferred means of contact.
Permissions: A link to the permissions associated with the character you're applying as. This can be a general permissions or specific to the character.
Writing Samples: Link to at least two threads with at least two different characters. You can link from other games, our TDM, inboxes, memes, psls. Only one of your samples can be text-based.

Introducing Your Character

Character Name: Your character's name- both what they go by and their "true" name.
Character Age: Whatever known age they may be. If unknown, that's fine.
Character Species: Whatever species they may be. If unknown, that's fine.
Their canon must be at least 30+ days old
CRAU: Yes/No. If yes, provide small summary of changes.
Canon Point: Their canon point must be at least 30+ days old which includes new chapters or episodes in ongoing series

Per the Setting

Three Items: This does NOT include your character's outfit (including accessories like hats, gloves, shoes, etc). Items could be a gun (ammunition included) or a means of personal transportation such car or a photograph or a bag filled with smaller items (the bag counting as one item). None of these items would "count" as your character's Grounding Item.
Grounding Item: What is their Grounding Item and what is the sentiment around it, if any?
Canon Abilities & Skills: Generally explain your character's abilities, if any, or provide a link. This should include unique abilities that extend to items the character brings in such as enchanted wands, magical swords, magical clothes, high-tech devices, etc.
Glitched Abilities: Explain a general idea of how these abilities may glitch in the setting if overused or used inappropriately. Or if you plan to have them glitch often. This can extend to enchanted/powered items.

Mental Evaluation

General Morals: General morals that stand out to you - if any! These can be derived directly from canon, ie; a superhero against general crime, or it can be a headcanon set of morals. Is your character against thief or are they something of a cat burglar? You can use this area to expand on canon traits or develop headcanons for characters with less available information.

Relationship to Trauma: Any traumatic experiences characters have gone through or put others through and generally how it has impacted them. If they have not gone through trauma, explain that here and explain their potential relationship to trauma through loved ones or how they might deal with trauma in the game.

Points of Confusion: All characters will experience some degree of confusion in Sweet Acres - especially upon arrival. What might your character feel confused about? Will they be missing specific memories or will they just struggle remember certain concepts? Their mental stability will shift and characters can gain clarity and memories with relative ease in this setting - this is NOT a memloss game. This is just to show that you know how to deal with the psychological horror element of this game.

Effects from Daisy: Similar to above, this is to show your willingness to adjust to the setting and allow the psychological horror to do its thing. For this, Daisy has a great influence over characters - even those who are usually more mentally resilient. Of course, you are not required to have your characters be prone to believing Daisy.

But let us know how they are going to feel about Daisy and how they feel about being told their whole lives have been "created" for the sake of this test and how they feel about Daisy confirming you "consented" to this but you just don't remember it. Most characters will likely believe her at FIRST but can eventually be convinced by others that it is a lie. No character will truly know if it is a lie or not yet - for now, that is purely OOC information.
